How to make Chilli Paneer Toast Sandwich

  • Step 1

    Firstly, place onions and capsicums over a chopping board and chop them. Keep them aside. Now grate mozzarella cheese and paneer with a grater. Also, cut 1 bread slice into cubes and keep them aside. Toast all the remaining bread slices.

  • Step 2

    Next, place a frying pan over medium flame and pour oil in it. Once the oil is heated, fry and saute onions and capsicums for 6-7 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Now, add bread cubes, grated paneer, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, salt, black pepper and cilantro and mix well. On the other hand, apply butter on toasted bread slices.

  • Step 4

    Then, spread the paneer mixture onto the bread slices and sprinkle grated cheese on top of the mixture.

  • Step 5

    Now, grill the sandwiches until cheese melts. Serve!
